  • Day Of Coordinator

    Starting price $1,200

    This package begins 3 months before wedding.

    Includes:

    • Two coordinators; Both will be onsite for rehearsal and entire day of wedding for anything you may need

    • Unlimited email contact

    • Creation and management of wedding timeline

    • Review and confirm all wedding day vendors, Distribution of timeline to all vendors and venue, Final meeting, preferably at the venue, before the big day to go over the details such as floor plan and how you would like things set up on the wedding day.

    • Obtain all vendors contact information and wedding planner's contact information and direct them to call us on the wedding day

    • Attend and direct rehearsal for everyone to be on the same page and know when to walk down the aisle.

    • Organize favors, programs, table decor, name cards, signage, etc

    • Arrive on the wedding day to help set up the ceremony and reception sites and stay all the way through the end of the reception (up to 10 hours on the wedding day unless otherwise agreed upon).

    • Direct guests to cocktail hour

    • Hand out any vendor tips at the end of the night

    • Assist with clean up such as gifts, cake topper, extra favors, centerpieces, marriage license

  • Wedding Concierge

    Starting price $1,800

    This package begins 6 months before wedding.

    Includes: (everything from Day of Coordination Package as well as the below items)

    • Recommend and research vendors

    • Arrange appointments with vendors and provide lists of questions to ask the vendors to make sure no details are missed.

    • Assist with hotel blocks for your bridal party and out of town guests.

    • Book guest transportation services and arrange shuttle times on your timeline

    • Help with creation and design of wedding website

    • Setting up gift tables, favor tables, name cards

    • Budget tracker & other planning documents

    • 2 coordinators

  • Wedding Planning

    Starting price $2,650

    This package begins the moment you book with Magnolia Hills Events and Designs.

    Includes: (everything from Day of Coordinator and Wedding Concierge Packages)

    • Assist with selecting a venue and vendors

    • Venue and seating floor plan creation

    • Custom style & design boards for you and vendors

    • Assistance with creating and sticking to a budget

    • Payment reminders

    • Aid in vendor contract negotiations

    • Attendance at consultation meetings as needed

    • Provide appropriate to-do lists and progress reports

    • Assistance in deciding the style and design of your wedding day

    • 3 design-intensive meetings that cover: narrowing your vision and color palette, unique touches, custom materials, maximizing décor budget, signage, linen/napkin selection, table settings, invitation details and more.

    • RSVP tracking

    • 1 primary planner; 1 secondary coordinator
